Agreements & Fees

There is no up front fee to list a Seller profile on M&A Forum, but there is a success fee due when you sell your company to a Buyer through M&A Forum. Buyer membership fees for M&A Forum are waived at this time. The M&A Forum team will help edit and activate profiles for both Buyers and Sellers. Sellers may also choose to have the M&A Forum staff perform additional fee-based services in support of their meetings with Buyers.

Success Fees

Success fees are paid by the Seller in a closed transaction as a percentage of the total transaction value. Contact Us for more information on our Success Fees.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement 

Buyers and Sellers introduced on M&A Forum must execute a mutual Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.  Please review our standard form to become familiar with the terms and Contact Us if you have questions. 

Finders Agreement and Fee

Finding the right acquisition partner is the key to a successful transaction.  When you close a transaction through the M&A Forum, you will owe a Finders Fee as a percentage of the transaction value depending on the size of the deal.  The Finders Agreement must be executed in order to complete an introduction to an interested party via the M&A Forum. To receive a Finders Agreement via email, Contact Us at info@ma-forum.com or call Pat Wegner at 925-215-2770.  Contact Us with questions about the Finders Agreement or our services and fees.
