What are the fees to use M&A Forum?
At this time, registration fees for using M&A Forum are waived for buyers. The transaction finders fee agreement is between the seller and M&A Forum.
When does the seller learn the identity of the buyer that wants to make contact?
The seller will see your company profile and identity when they are asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and accept your request to make contact.
What happens if I don't want to contact the seller after learning their identity?
You can decline to make contact after learning the seller identity. The M&A Forum process provides for a message to be sent to the seller that you have decided to not proceed further. Both parties are still subject to the terms of the NDA and are required to keep the other party's information confidential.
