Our Process
Here are the steps in our process:
- Search for companies
- Select the companies you want to meet
- Complete a buyer profile
- Execute the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Seller then reviews the buyer profile and executes NDA
- You receive Seller contact information
- Make contact or decline to go further
Buyers can create one or more searches and save them to run on later visits to M&A Forum. You can also have a saved search find new profiles that match your requirements and notify you by email when they are posted. Full profiles are visible before you request contact with a seller and you can decline a meeting once you know the seller's identity.
Buyer's profiles are confidential and only shared with the sellers that you request to contact. If you do want sellers in general to know that you are seeking certain types of businesses, you can choose to publish a search in our Buyer Showcase. Your company name will not be visible, but your requirements will be known and sellers may post their profile to make it available to you.
