Agreements & Fees

There is a fee to list a Seller profile on M&A Forum.  Buyer memberships for M&A Forum are waived at this time. The M&A Forum team will help edit and activate profiles for both Buyers and Sellers.  Sellers may also choose to have the M&A Forum staff perform additional fee-based services in support of their meetings with Buyers. 

Service Level Fees 

M&A Services Fees are payable in advance and can be offset against Success Fees paid at closing.

Success Fees 

Success fees are paid by the Seller in a closed transactions as a percentage of the total transaction value:

• 5% of the Transaction Value up to $10M; plus
• 2.5% of the Transaction Value over $10M and up to $30M; plus
• 1.25% of the Transaction Value over $30M and up to $50M; plus
• 0.5% of the Transaction Value over $50M and up to $100M
• No additional fee on the Transaction Value over $100M

Registration Agreement - Terms of Use

All users of M&A Forum must agree to our Terms of Use. 

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement 

Buyers and Sellers introduced on M&A Forum must execute a mutual Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.  Please review our standard form to become familiar with the terms and Contact Us if you have questions. 

Finders Agreement and Fee

Finding the right acquisition partner is the key to a successful transaction.  When you close a transaction through the M&A Forum, you will owe a Finders Fee of up to 5% of the transaction value depending on the size of the deal.  The Finders Agreement must be executed in order to complete an introduction to an interested party via the M&A Forum. Signed Finders Agreements can be sent to M&A Forum via email at info@ma-forum.com or by fax to 925-215-2771.  Contact Us with questions about the Finders Agreement or our services and fees.
