The M&A Forum introduces Buyers and Sellers of IT sector companies for the purpose of initiating M&A transactions.
Here are the steps in our process:
- Create your Seller profile and agree to Terms of Use
- Review and execute our Finders Agreement
- Buyers request an introduction - you receive the Buyer profile and NDA
- If you want to meet the Buyer, execute the NDA
- Buyer receives your contact information
- Buyer contacts you or may decline to go further
Services provided by the M&A Forum include:
Profile - Our team of experts at M&A Forum will help you edit your company profile to ensure your value is clearly communicated while keeping your company identity confidential.
Presentation - You will want to use a short presentation about your company in your buyer meetings. An overview of your business in a professional format is a good starting point for conveying the key value points of your business. M&A Forum will provide you with a template to prepare a presentation that introduces your business and appropriately positions your company with the buyer.
Managed Introductions - We will manage a confidential introduction between Seller and Buyer ensuring both parties execute a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Communication will be via the method you select in your member profile. Our online process protects your identity until you choose to meet a buyer.
Follow-up Communications - M&A Forum will follow-up with both parties after an introduction to determine the perception of "fit" and to discuss next steps. Momentum is critical to starting, as well as completing, a transaction.

M&A Forum offers additional services to position and market your company to buyers. These offerings supplement our online exchange with offline services to ensure Buyers are actively contacted and presented with your company information; and that you are prepared for your meetings.
Services are provided by our experienced team, drawing upon our ten-year experience focused exclusively on M&A in the IT solutions, services and software space during which we have closed nearly 70 transactions with IT sector companies in North America, Europe and Asia. You can choose the level of service that is right for you and continue to use your own team of advisors.

We have developed a short-form estimate of value that will give you a sense of the potential current market value for your business. This service can be purchased separately or as part of an engagement for additional services listed below.

The Managed Service is an offering to actively market your company to selected Buyers that we know are acquisitive and looking for companies like yours. This Managed Service includes a highly targeted campaign to interest buyers in looking closely at your business for potential purchase. The Managed Service includes:
