(TSX: SO - News) announced that it had reached a definitive agreement to acquire Optimus Solutions, a comprehensive IT products and solutions company focused on helping U.S. enterprise and mid-market clients plan, build and maintain their information technology infrastructure. All of the closing conditions have now been satisfied and Softchoice is pleased to announce that the acquisition has now been completed.

The acquisition further strengthens Softchoice's standing as the fifth largest Microsoft LAR in North America.
