Following on the transaction announced May 12, M&amp;amp;A Forum today announced the acquisition of selected assets of Technical Installation Personnel, LLC, a systems technical services company, by Eagle Family Investments, the parent of several technology products and services companies serving the telecommunications and audio-visual integration sectors. The parties met on M&amp;amp;A Forum, a web-based M&amp;amp;A service exclusively designed for buyers and sellers of IT companies. The transaction closed on May 30 and details were not announced.&lt;/p&gt;
